                  Students compete with a front elbow strike, Round Kick, and Side Piercing Kick Each Technique lasts 1 minute
REACTION – See how fast you can perceive and respond to stimulus.
                    Students compete with punch, round kick, and turning back kick
STAMINA - Stamina is power sustained over time.
                    Students will compete with round kick.
AGILITY – See how well you move and change your direction.
                   Students compete on a computerized timed agility event
